Percentage of young people with a foreign background that attend upper secondary school shall be calculated as the number of residents with a foreign background aged 16-19 who are in upper secondary school (numerator) divided by the population of residents with a foreign background in the municipality aged 16-19 (denominator). Hlutfall ungs fólks af erlendum uppruna sem stundar nám á framhaldsskólastigi skal reiknað sem fjöldi íbúa af erlendum uppruna á aldrinum 16-19 ára sem eru í framhaldskóla (teljari) deilt með heildarfjölda íbúa af erlendum uppruna í sveitarfélaginu á aldrinum 16-19 (nefnari).
