22.3 Orka framleidd úr skólpi sem hlutfall af heildarorkunotkun

Energy derived from wastewater as a percentage of total energy consumption of the city shall be calculated as the sum of the total annual quantity of energy derived from the network of wastewater and wastewater treatment plants (numerator) divided by the total energy consumption of the city (denominator).
