The annual amount of revenues collected from the sharing economy as a percentage of own-source revenue shall be represented as the total amount of funds collected per year from permit fees, user fees, licensing fees and taxes as permitted by law or legislation from sharing economy transactions (numerator) divided by the city’s total own-source revenue (denominator).
